Due to inclement weather, we have adjusted our office hours for Thursday, February 18th.

Opening at 10 am Fayetteville, Bentonville, and Siloam Springs clinics.

Scheduling is subject to change due to inclement weather.

Our clinic staff will reach out to all patients with appointments affected by our adjusted hours about rescheduling.
